The joggers come with an adjustable waist cord, mind you, most quality trackies will have this. They are produced though from lightweight 4-way stretch fabric that is perfect for strenuous workout or yoga session.

 The raised logo is vinyl giving a 3D appearance and they have custom zipped side pockets. (I have these and love them!).
